What to expect
Startup Maine and Jensen Baird host a breakfast on reading startup financing term sheets and negotiating investment terms. Coffee and pastries are included. Agenda: 8:30–9 AM breakfast and networking; 9–9:30 AM panel with Caitlin Stanton of Jensen Baird, Nina Scheepers of Maine Venture Fund, and Anna Ford of Bookclubs; 9:30–10 AM further networking around topics including valuation caps and negotiation.
