Use a shared roster and QR event passes to welcome attendees at supported events.
Know who has arrived.
Authorized event staff can use the attendance roster and supported QR scanning to record arrivals. A manual check-in path helps when a camera is unavailable or a guest cannot open their pass.
Event passes belong to a specific registration and meeting. They are separate from business cards or contact-sharing features.
An optional organizer service.
Attendee passes are free. Organizer check-in tools require the appropriate event access and separately enabled paid access. Contact the team to discuss availability and activation; there is no instant purchase or subscription checkout here.
Only authorized staff can open an event’s roster. Having a public profile or being listed as an event sponsor does not grant attendance access.
Before you open the doors
- Confirm that check-in is enabled for your event and the right team members have access.
- Test the roster and a valid pass on the phones you will use.
- Allow browser-camera access for scanning and keep the manual roster available.
- Use a working internet connection. Offline check-in and automatic email follow-ups are not available.
